Laptop some keys doesn't work

I have a problem with my laptop, some keys doesn't work ,the keys "a","s","d","f","j","k","l" but if I press it sequence it works and sometimes it doesn't work,i want to know if it is a hardware problem or a software problem and how do solve this problem.
