I recently started noticing(after a friend plugged their usb into my PC) that there are folders of mine that are now hidden folders whereas i know they never were before and there are two folders that pop up everywhere also as hidden folders, $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information. I ran my antivirus and it doesnt pick it up at all. Ehat do i do now?

Hello,

The flash drive was infected with a worm and contaminated your computer.
# Download USB Fix click here
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
