The Dell logo pops up and goes off

I have a Dell Inspiron win i turn it on the logo pops up and goes off and it just keeps doing this can you please help me

Well, hit F8 or DEL to get into bios. See if it will bot into BIOS, and SIT there for about 15 minutes. If it will, then the hardware is OK. If it won't stay in BIOS, then hardware is failing. Post back with results from the first test.
