Dell Insprion 1564 display goes black.

Dear Sir,

Myself Rahul and I have Owned a Dell Inspiron 1564 laptop. Now my problem is while starting I am not able to see black display only(not blank).I feel that my Fan assembly and Hard Disk is working,because I am feel and getting a vibration effect in it. I have done display test using by pressing D +Power Button its working fine. I tried F8 tap while switch On my devise for getting safe mode option , but failed. Please help to recover from this issue.

I am Only able to see black display.
