Not getting reset email

Hello,

I couldn't remember my password so I went to reset it but don't have access to that email account so I did the verified contact thing so I could change my email. So I did that and then I needed an email to my new email. It's been over a day and I haven't gotten it even though I've resent it countless times. I've checked everywhere Facebook told me. Any ideas?
