How can I get deleted trash messages

Hello,

By mistake I delete some messages from trash folder is it possible to recover?

YOu do not understand what I am asking, do you? What client are you using, outlook, or some web page for stuff like Yahoo?

it is an important mail by mistake i delete that from my trash folder means i click on to empty trash by mistake
