Email from a particular id automatically going to trash

Hi All,

I do not have an filters in place and this is only happening with one id. Its a generic organisation's id, meaning it is and it is an automated email that comes from a website action. I am getting other automated emails from all websites directly onto my email but this particular id is showing up in the trash folder upon receipt.

Any help to resolve this issue will be much appreciated, as i need to receive those emails on my inbox.

There is nothing you can do. Gmail considers the email in question as spam.
