hi.
do you still have sound with issues or no sound at all? how did this happen? have you tried to change the sound drivers or add new drivers?
try to uninstall your current audio driver ( if you have deleted the drivers by mistake then remove the the drivers folder delete it ) restart and then download new audio drivers install it and it will restart if not restart after installation is complete to apply changes should work okay.
