Number pad on the right hand side stopped working

Hello,

The number keys at the top work perfectly on my TOSHIBA. However, the number pad on the right hand side stop working, but the numbers don't work. what shall i do please?

Make certain the NUM LOCK key is on! You should see a light turn off and on when you press this button!

I tried the num lock button and mine still wont work? Even the keyboard I plug in via usb doesn't work either

Ok. So two keyboards dont work on same pc, bad pc!!! Get another one!
