if you already have an account then you can deactivate it by going into your administrator settings in your email account and clicking on the link to close/deactivate your account. You should then be able to set up a new account. If you are having issues after these steps then the next course of action i reccomend taking is to click the contact us link at the bottom of the page or in thhe top right corner(generally), and ask tech support to assist you.
