Laptop display goes black when it enters sleep mode

Hello,

My laptop display goes black and full white sometimes when it enters the sleep mode and awakening from it.whenever I restart my laptop the power indictor fluctuates and reaches the low battery and fulll battery mode. What is the reason for this?

The problem is a failing power supply circuit on the motherboard.

replace the motherboard or the laptop
