My laptop won't work

Hi,
I've had a problem with my HP laptop. I turns on so I think it's not a problem with the hardware. But it reaches the point where it's supposed to display my desk but it just freezes before that. I had a problem like that before not too long ago but I wasn't to what was the problem.

How old is your computer? What model of HP? Much more information is needed to give you an accurate reason for what's happening; a technician will likely have to examine it first hand.

@Qwentar agree friend they didn't mention proper that its difficult to choose what exactly is the issue.
