You have posted on CCM.NEt and we have nothing to do with that provider. You must plea and beg to them. If they don't respond, lets stop to think about how many people are having the same issue as you, and it take 20 minutes to verify each problem. How long would it take if 1% of the subscribers were having the same issue, and you were the last in line?
