When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Last time I successfully accessed my account I think it was 3 years ago.
No. I did not register any alternate recovery email or phone number. All of my social medias are using this email. I cannot log in to my twitter account because I forgot my password and their sending the new password to this yahoo email.
