Wow, slow down. You have posted way too many details to even try to assist!
Perhaps you need to put batteries into the remote, so you can press play?
Perhaps the TV is on the wrong input, and the Blueray Player wasn't the input?
Maybe the cat jumped up on the TV, and knocked out the cable connecting the DVD player to the TV?
Maybe the video was never "finalized", and therefore will not present itself to your player, as it is still an open file?
Maybe you have placed a Blue ray disk into a DVD player?
Maybe your internet is out, and you can't connect to the video host?
Maybe your phone screen has been cracked, and you really can't see anything on the screen, and therefore the "video" will not play?
Perhaps you are using chrome, and it is a flash file?
