Can't access Yahoo account

Hello,

i know my email address/password and i m trying to sign in from my new laptop (2 years now!) and it kept asking to send activation code the faulty recovery mail that i used back in the 2007.

i made another yahoo account 2 years ago when i first encountered the problem but till now i still get important emails sent to this account and i want to recover my account

When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive an account key?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
