CPU won't start

Have a powerspec it works at the store but not at home, I've made sure I clicked on the right switches and I know it is getting power. The monitor works and the only thing plugged in are the cpu and the monitor. I've tried it with out the usb and I've plugged the cpu into the wall directly. It is getting the volts needed but still will not turn on. HELP!

Doesn't MicroCenter have a Help Line phone number?
