Hello Gurushant,
Very well. Next, I will need to see your workbook so could you please upload a sample of your workbook to a free file sharing site such as ge.tt or Drop Box and then post the link to your file back here.
Please just upload a sample with a dozen or so rows of data in the main sheet (I don't need to see all 5000 rows of data) and just three or four of the individual sheets. Please use dummy data in the sample and advise which columns in the main sheet you wish the data to come from.

Do you mean that you have a main sheet with all the individuals' details, separate worksheets for each individual and you would like to transfer each individual's details to their respective sheet?
