Black Screen with Cursor

Hello,

I am having an issue with a black screen with Cursor after I log into my account on my laptop it's a Samsung Toshiba. I can log in no problem in safe mode see all of my programs and software installed. I have tried CHKDSK, REGEDIT everything is fine. Could it possibly be a video display issue? I also removed all external hard drives and USBs. Please Help...

This is a Windows problem. I suggest you use safe mode to restore you computer to a check point prior to the start of the problem.

Thanks for the speedy reply unfortunately when I tried that method I had no previous points saved to restore back to. Is there any help in getting this resolved?
