How to reinstall or factory reset an asus x202e

I bought a asus x202e used my friend tried reinstalling windows 8 because I was having problems getting past the last users windows password...but when I got it back and tried to use it.. it clearly says the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed to install windows click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation....but when I hit ok it just goes back to this same screen over and over and i cant get it to do anything else but go to bios menu that it will do but when I get there I'm not sure what to do or what to change if anything...can someone please help me
