Updates for Nokia E71 mobile phone to access the internet

Hello,
Sir/Madam,
I would like to know if I download the Nokia Ovi Suite program from your site I would be able to update my smart phone Nokia E71 so it will improve its access to the Internet.
Please reply by email if you can.

No this software will not improve Internet access.

Thank you for replying. Probably the problem is in the internet settings perhaps there is someone that could explain the right setting procedure for it. The phone can access Facebook from the built in shortcut but not able to enter Hotmail or yahoo accounts to see emails.

So it doesn't access the internet at all? What does your service provider say about it. the phone may have mangled network settings, that only the provider can resolve. Take it to the people you pay your bill to! IF they cannot help. Leave the phone with them, go across the street and get a new provider!

Thank you for reply my E71 can enter Facebook but when I click on some links it won’t get them and also no email accounts.
I took it several times to the provider – they check the settings and some tell me that this type of phone is no longer furnished with the latest internet facility.
I find it strange because I had this phone for long and it always worked OK except this issue with the internet. I would get another one if it won’t fix, the problem is that I find the touch screen phones of today are difficult for me to operate.

I don’t know where to ask, if you know please can you tell me if the Nokia E71 phones can still fully access the internet because mine only can access the Facebook and no emails or sites? Are these phones out-dated for good internet access?
