Forgot Yahoo mail password

I initially changed the password when I sensed that someone was trying to hack my account and after a long time I tried to access the account using my new password it became impossible for me although I believe I still receive emails through that account yet I can't access it. please, i desperately need your help to be able to continue making use of the account.
Note:

• I don't have alternative email address as at the time I created the account
• The phone number I used for reset of the account could not be recognised
