OK, so bootup the PS4. Unplug all controllers, and disconnect everything but the POWER CABLE. Log into an account. After an account has been logged it, PULL THE POWER PLUG (CRASH the Ps4)!
Wait 5 minutes. Now plug it back in. The PS4 is gong to scream at you for about three click throughs saying never to do that again. It will rebuild its hardware and you should be good after that.
