Tv won’t connect to wifi

Hello,
I just got a brand new rca smart tv and it won’t connect to wifi no matter what I do. I have tried everything.... restarting it, installing the newest update, unplugging/resetting the internet box, but nothing works.

Ok, slow down....Have you input your WIFI password yet?
