Hello. I'm really having a serious problem with my sound device. I'm using a Windows XP Helwett Packard laptop. I recently downloaded Realtek High Definition Audio application and installed it but I saw a yellow exclamation mark on my sound device. I opened its properties only to find a Code 10 error. The driver simply refused to start. What do I do? I've gone to services.msc to enable my Windows Audio. That didn't help. I've even reinstalled over and over. That didn't work. Please help

OK, so did you use the LATEST and GREATEST audio application? If you did, did you make certain it was specific to XP?
