New rig powers on but no ports workin(no display,keyboard,mouse)

Mobo- Asus a320m (am4)
CPU - ryzen 3 1200
GPU - Rx 560
Psu - Corsair vs450
Ram - crucial 2133mhz 8gb

CPU fan turns on
GPU light turns on
No beeps
Tried resetting cmos
Tried removing/reinstalling ram
Tried removing/reconnecting all pins

Something is definitely faulty right?

Will it boot into BIOS? You mentioned resetting cmos, so I figured you could get into BIOS?

No I reset the cmos by shorting something on the mobo

Pull the video card and use the onboard video....please forgive me for not looking up the specifications to make sure all of the parts work and play well together.

UH yea there is according to the MANUFACTURER specifications. There is an HDMI port! You don't have an HDMI device to plug into?
