Facebook has absolutely zero ways to " ask for help" Facebook is completely detached from the user, with no phone number , support nothing, been waiting 3 weeks for mine so far

Facebook is also destroying itself, with these strict and pointless security measures also, banning people etc left and right, I know many others , ( 3 in person) who have given up on FB, one who lost 10 years worth of stuff, after her account was shutdown for n reason,
