My league of legends requires an update after windows update

Im currently using windows 10 and whenever i undergo a periodic windows update, my league of legends ask me to update too, may i know how can i avoid it, because every time i update league of legends it feels like im reinstalling it, it is taking me more than an hour to install the update with good internet speed.

A better place to ask, would be the game authors. We can only speculate why, they know. The game does supply support for its players, doesn't it?
