Pc Black screen at startup (boot)?

Hi
The pc has been working just fine with nosound out of the case.
I was playing and had YouTube on too, then a green screen came up, a second later it was yellow, then blue and at the end it became red and at that moment a lagging sound came out of the headphones.
I restarted it and blue screen of death came up, every time I try to boot it up now it shows the windows logo then it says windows shutshutdown and shows the 3 options and as it proceeds the screen stays black and it buffers with lines of white also a less than heavy sound is coming out of the case.
