Sound playing through the speaker and earphones at the same time

So basically i updated my sound drivers like 10 min ago and now the audio is coming out of the speaker and my earphones at the same time. i got windows 10 btw. how do you think im gonna play cs:go without any earphones when some russian kid is swearing all the time and my parents can hear all that swearing xD. hope somebody can help me. (couldn't find any fix to this problem :/)

OK, turn down the speaker volume.

Right click over the speaker icon in your task tray. Select playback devices. Reconfigure the device from there!

As Russian kids are renown to be impolite and a real pest, I was also looking for a solution.

I also have Windows 10 and when I click right on the speaker volume icon, I don't get "Select playback devices" How come you do?

Ok, I have to post twice, so be patient (for some reason the object isn't destroyed, and I must reload the page in order to post two pictures in the same post).

OK right click on my rig looks like this....


and it may be because of the audio built in on my motherboard (it is a gaming rig):


When I go to audio I have this (since I am giving you a tour, I might as well show you all of the bells!)


By clicking on configure, I get:

i think it was the sound drivers fault. I installed an older version of the sound drivers and it fixed the problem.
