Unable to received the Facebook code to access my account

Hello! One day i log out from my Facebook account and when I try to log in I can’t because I don’t receive the sms with the code to login I always received the codes but now I do not receive anymore it's as if they removed my phone number from my account. I find another facebook account linked to my number but it doesn’t give me option to report this profile. so I search my account with my name and I found it but show me 3 deferents emails to recover it but I don’t have any email on my account setup only my number . Anyone know anything about this issues? This screenshot is from the account linked to my phone number.

Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do. Check your email or sms Facebook sent you a message.

Yes i send my id but they don’t answer me yet ,it’s almost 3 months since i log out hopefully i don’t lose my account I read comments from people with same problem and some of them said never recover their accounts, i don’t did anything wrong my account is not disable still online is just I don’t receive the code to log in. I ask my friends to check if is hacked or something weird on my timeline but it look ok ! At the beginning i was afraid of being hack!

How and where have you sent your id?

What type of id did you send?

I click this option and i send the id from my home state .

Looks like Facebook would try to send you a code to an email address. You need to have an email address when you create an account.

Yes i only find my account when I search with my name and it shows 3 deferents emails options to recover it but I never setup any email on my account thats the problem.

No my account is not one of those, this is my account I searched it with my cell number and appears that guy! So I deduce that is why I don’t receive the code anymore!
