Problem in system to change in folder options

Hello, when i went to tools and folder options , view , hide protected operating system files (recommanded) and and i have removed a right mark , the computer is not working well, including a software ( AnyMP4 Video Enhancement 1.0.36 ) , as the duration of the conversion does not exceed a one second , even though i have returned things as they were , although i have done a formatting
