Won't take my code

Hello, Yahoo I forgot my password to my yahoo mail account. You keep sending me account keys. The problem I am having I have to leave Yahoo to go to Hotmail to get my key I then go back I try to enter the key several time's yahoos always says it's the wrong key I have to start all over again the same thing happens. Can't you put a link in the email key you send to me so all I have to do is click on the link to take me back to where I can change my password? please help me I need to check my mail.
