BTW, counter strike is an OPEN source 1st person shooter. People make maps and weapons and all sorts of stuff, then hide MALWARE into it. Always get your stuff from STEAM, or someone YOU KNOW!

Why have they used the term patch ?

Because it's not a whole new fabric, but is a patch. A new fabric would be V1.0. They like to keep things like 1.8 and 2.8!
