After i made another account it tells me it cant verify its me

Why cant i get in my account i know the password but i dont have the old materials i used when i made my account

My gmail account i have 2 accounts one i forgot the password and the other one i know the password but dont have my old phone number or tablet no more

When you created the account, did you register alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

As for your second account, if you know the address and password, you should be able to access it from any device as long as you log out of your account and accessed it within the last 9 months.
