Thank you for your concern and reply back.
The issue did not get resolved thru the questions/answers thru your site.
And I did call my provider before I contacted you and they did the test and all was fine on their end then gave me your number.
But it was about 11:30pm emails started coming in but nothing from the time between 3-11:30 was my concern, not so much now because I’m receiving emails frequently like I should. And have been in contact with those persons that I was expecting an answer from. So I believe we got fixed somehow. Thank you! Crystal
