WiFi/Bluetooth + Skype + narrow viewangle

Hello Everyone,

I am new here and I am looking for advice.

I have been searching for months now for a Web cam that fulfils 3 requirements:
1. Skype compatible for streaming conferences;
2. Narrow angle of view (it will be placed @ 3m from me, not on my laptop);
3. Wifi or Bluetooth connection to my laptop (MS Surface Win10 64bit);

I have almost lost hope of finding a device that matches all three requirements and I thank in advance anyone who will invest his time/expertise to help me.

WIFI to the laptop, not going to happen, as your laptop/surface cannot host a network!

Thanks for the time/advce.
Unfortunately this camera (a) is only for Mac and (b) has a wide angle lens (*)

(*) I found this: "Diagonal Field of View (FOV) 69°". I will sit at 3mt from the camera and behind me there must be only 2mt or 2.5mt (max) background.
