Blinking of light and not starting of laptop

Hey,

I have Samsung Np300 laptop
When I put my laptop on charging after sometime the charging light starting blinking in ("red green", "red green") colors
And my laptop is not stating after press power button.
Please help me
And solve my problem and
Plz answer me on my email Id too.

There is nothing user serviceable for issues such as these, perhaps it got wet or something. Take it to a technician.
