Replaced MOBO and CPU now monitor say no signal

hi can someone please help i replaced my mobo and cpu now my monitor woud not come on and my pc would not boot i checked my cables i unplugged my ram my video card aswell nothing please help

Does the specifications of your OLDER hardware meet the REQUIREMENTS of the NEW MOBO?

Sounds like the MB is grounding//Try it with the minimum number of stand off's you can get away with and because all MB are different make sure that u have put the stand-off screws in the right place for that Specific MB
