My computer is RAM 4gb, I do this CC 2015 Adobe Cook, but when it works for a bit or a little bit, it can help please help me ( not enouth memory (RAM)

Unless you PHYSICALLY CHANGE up to a larger amount of RAM, there is nothing to be done!  Take it to technician!

Hello, 
My problem is that in filter option in Photoshop keeps giving me the error "could not complete your request because there is not enough memory [RAM]" whenever I try to do wind n other thing. plz help me wat to do. 
And...adob has stoped

Are you using Photoshop 32 or 64 bit version?

Is you display driver up-to-date?

Try a smaller size photo format such as jpeg.

You may also try this:

Edit > preferences > performance > GPU settings > Advance > at the selection box select "Advanced"

If your work is large 4gb ram may not be enough, 8gb is better and inexpensive.  When working on Photoshop, always close all other applications and clean your  cache.
