Hello, I have the same problem. I accidentally unplugged the power source and then it all shut down. When I tried to turn it on, the monitor goes on and after I pushed the CPU button the monitor just standy by. Then it turns to black screen. The CPU still running and the monitor is still on having the yellow light on . what do I do? I need help.

We are missing information here and we are terrible at guessing.

What is the make and model of your computer? What is the make and model of your monitor?

What is your operating system?

I actually know nothing about computers, but I think it's a Windows 7 and Monitor is a noc. That's all I know I hope you could help me.

Sorry, you must get the very simple information I have asked for otherwise I can't help you.

I suggest you take your machine to a repair shop.
