Counting sites visits within a year

Hi All,

I have a small database that is regularly updated keeping track of site visits and I want to be able to create a table of number of visits within a certain year PER site. Please see a sample of my database below:

The database is about 2500 rows and it keeps updated. There are 82 sites each site has its site id. For each visit a service report is issued and entered in the table with the date visit and the visit reason. All i need is to have on a separate sheet reading this info and by entering the year to produce me a table with the number of visit per site within that year.
