When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

the last time i logged in was in 23/06/2017 and my password was twilight1
and i have emails from google that says ur recovery and phone number changed!
after that message i tried many times to login again and google said password is wrong. if my account was not hacekd then who changed my password and recovery things
