DarickParson, Good evening.
You can use CONDITIONAL FORMATTING.
Select J2:J3
Menu Conditional Formatting --> Using Formula -->
Type: =J2=MAX($J$2:$J$3)
Choose Fill Color as desired --> OK
Please tell us if it worked as desired.
