We are using a software package called MyOnlineBakery to send/receive batch orders to our drivers.
When attempting to receive their orders, the drivers are getting an error message that says ... invalid double:""

The software developers are not much help and I cannot find ANYTHING online. There are NO manuals.

The owner of the bakery just told us that he "wandered into" a place in the program somehow and got into a section called "re-sequencing". He has no idea where it was located in the software.

Any ideas?? Any comments would be appreciated. :o)

This sounds like a proprietary software service, and if the provider isn't not going to assist you in your issues, then you need to find another provider! There is nothing we can do, as it is a web service, and it is all SERVER SIDE CODE. Tell the bakery dude to keep his hands off the code!!!!!!!!

If the provider has a backup restore the backup to prior to when the baker HOSED it up!

By the way, you should have known how much support you were going to get prior to your launch by browsing their website, and noticing that there is no support buttons, only a bunch of cool sales graphics. Always look to a service for support so you can see how much you are going to get prior to making a leap, and you whole business model falls apart because you chose a provider that does not support you.
