Can't log into my old Facebook n messenger account

Hello,
I got a new phone and I saved my Facebook n messenger to my SD card. But guess it didn't work. It will not let me log into it. It keeps sending g me to a Facebook page that was created for me that was made by someone who had gavked me. I'm using the Gmail I've had forever n password. Plz help me recover it

Without the Gmail, the account will be impossible to recover.
