Scenario:
A1 --> SPECIFIC DATE --> eg.: 02/25/2018
Try to use:
B1 --> NEW DATE --> =WORKINGDAY(A1, 200)
B1 --> 11/30/2018
Format B1 as DATE
Is that what you want?
