.exe is not a valid Win32 application

I keep receiving the .exe is not a valid Win32 application. Everytime I reinstall a program it stops working immediately I close it and I receive the .exe is not a valid Win32 application again. All exe file show 0 bytes when I check their properties..

It appears that you have a virus/malware on your computer. I suggest you re-install a fresh copy Windows.
