My system does not power up

Hello,
My system is not power up
When I on the switch ups and then I will on CPU power button it blink always yellow colour but desktop won't on desktop shows only entering power saving mode that's it, even mouse and keyboard is not working but CPU fan is running
After few hrs 8 hrs it when switch on the computer it starts.....
Please find my problem and give solution

SO it turns on after 8 hours?
