Full stop key does letters numbers and symbols

I have been looking through the various fixes for when a keyboard does letters, numbers and symbols instead of the appropriate key but none have solved mine, it's very specific in that it is only effecting my full stop key and does as follows when pressed p0o9i8ko0p-[==[-

Can any recommend how to fix please?

Looks like you keyboard is out of wack. Do you get the same results with another standard keyboard?
